Duties include but not limited to;
- Assistance with meal, snacks and drinks preparation.
- Assistance with food and fluid intake.
- Assistance with the completion of all aspects of personal care such as showering/bathing/strip washing and getting dressed.
- Assistance with managing all toileting needs including changing pads and skin integrity management.
- Assistance with medication management.
- Tidying up and completing light domestic duties.
- Companionship/Engaging in and accessing community/social activities.
- Reablement and convalescent care
- End of life care.
The candidate should have;
- Mandatory training as a prerequisite.
- Care Certificate.
- 6 months minimum work experience
- Good knowledge and understanding of English (IELTS)
- GCSE ‘O’ Level English or equivalent.
- A good knowledge and understanding of Mathematics.
- Reasonable knowledge and understanding of life in the UK.
