Live-in care provide a cost effective alternative to care home by providing the service user with freedom and choice to remain in their own familiar home environment with assistance from a live-in carer. The service user develops a healthy working relationship with the carer for effective support, intervention and problem-solving. The carer will provide assistance with personal care as well as general housekeeping duties.
